Oct 13, 2009 The Dev Team have just released their new PwnageTool 3.1.4 for the Mac OS X which now supports the 3.1.2 iPhone software for the iPhone 2G, 3G, 3GS and iPod Touch 1G, 2G devices. That, my friends, is the new releases of PwnageTool 2.1 for Mac OS X and QuickPwn 1.1 for Mac OS X. The DevTeam worked all day and all night to bring you an easy way to jailbreak your iPhone 3G. The support for iPhone 3GS and iPod 2G is however dependent on the whether you have pwned them at 3.0 or 3.0.1.
The iPhone 3GS is now supported in PwnageTool 3.1.3, assuming the phone was pwned at 3.0 or 3.0.1 – PwnageTool does not support the 3GS out of the box. If your iPhone 3GS has 3.1 pre installed and is not Pwned then there is no tested jailbreak solution at the moment.
The iPod 2G is now supported in PwnageTool 3.1.3, assuming the iPod 2G was pwned at 3.0 or 3.0.1 – PwnageTool does not support the iPod 2G with 3.1 software out of the box.
It is also important to remember that if you are using a iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G(S) with ultrasn0w and rely on ultrasn0w to obtain cellular service, then you should only update your device with an .ipsw that is made with the new PwnageTool. The tool will provide an upgrade path to newer versions of the iPhone software in the future.

SIM Free/SP Unlocked/Factory Unlocked iPhone 3G(S) or iPhone 3G:
These models of iPhone 3G and iPhone 3G(S) aren't locked by the service provider and you can use any SIM card with this phone. Since the phone is already unlocked, you need not worry about baseband updates. If your device was Pwned at 3.0 or 3.0.1, you can use PwnageTool to create a 3.1 ipsw and then use this with iTunes to upgrade and jailbreak your phone.
iPhone 2G (1st Generation):
Use PwnageTool to create the ipsw and then restore with iTunes using your newly created ipsw. The baseband will be unlocked and the phone jailbroken without any problem. New love plus 3ds english patch. Drawing software free download for windows.
iPod Touch 1G (Original iPod Touch):
The process is similar to other Apple devices. Use PwnageTool to create a firmware image and restore the created .ipsw using iTunes. Mac os x snow leopard retail dvd free download.

Use PwnageTool to create a firmware image and restore the .ipsw using iTunes. This will only work if you are already Pwned at 3.0 or 3.0.1. If you are at 3.1, downgrade to 3.0 and use redsn0w to Pwn 3.0. You will then have an upgrade path using PwnageTool.
iPod Touch 3G:
At this time PwnageTool does not support this device.

Update: Well, every Windows user was really happy after reading this news but we don't have a good update right now to share with you people. The developers have stopped working on the Windows version of Pwnage tool because the iPhone dev team has released the updated version of Redsn0w which works just like the Pwnage. The redns0w can also perform some other functions too along with restoring the custom firmware on the supported iPhone model.
If any other tool doesn't work in your situation, then you don't have any other option except to borrow a Mac computer from a friend and use Pwnage for Mac version.
